Maintenance Technician

Stein Seal, which is located in Kulpsville, PA, has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance / HVAC person that has over 5 years experience in plant maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, grounds, and equipment. These responsibilities will include maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.


Maintenance HVAC



  • Experience with 3 phases up to 480 volts power. PLC knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding and troubleshooting: chillers, air handlers, fans, air conditioners, heat pumps, water pumps, and controls
  • Some travel between our locations in Kulpsville, PA and Telford, PA
  • Assists in renovations of building as requested
  • Ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failure
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints
  • Assist with machine and heavy equipment rigging
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks




Production Control Planner

Stein Seal Company located in Kulpsville, PA (just off the Lansdale Exit of the PA Turnpike) has an immediate opening for a Planner with MRP experience in a machine shop environment. Responsibilities include determining material requirements, scheduling and expediting work in the shop. The Planner works closely with our customers on a daily basis.

·         Ability to read blueprints

·         Reviews work orders, monitors them for proper routing and accurate issue of materials 

·         Solid communication, planning, and organizational skills

·         Knowledge of different grades of metals is a plus

·         Resolve manufacturing problems that affect timely completion of orders

·         Follows and audits the progress of materials through the manufacturing process to ensure conformance to schedule


Job Requirements


This position requires a thorough knowledge of machine shop operations where CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, and grinders) are used, tolerances are +/- .001 or better, and machining techniques are advanced. At least 5 years' experience in such an environment is normally required to obtain this level of competence. The Planner must be capable of scheduling jobs and making recommendations to resolve manufacturing problems that affect timely completion of orders.


We have a clean shop with new machinery and work in accordance with the AS 9100 Quality Standard.
